Until we actually sit down and begin to tune into our bodies, we have no idea how wound up and stressed out we really are. It’s time! Join us for a transformative Conscious Connected Breathwork journey guided by certified Breathwork Facilitator and Yoga Teacher, Habiba Elisa. Through focused breathwork, you’ll gain clarity on your thought patterns, emotions, and physical sensations. This newfound awareness empowers you to address unresolved issues and lifelong challenges, paving the way for personal growth, exploration and healing.

As you synchronize with the present moment through your breath, diversions dissolve, allowing you to dive into the depths of your inner self. To ensure your comfort during the workshop, PLEASE BRING:

  • A sleep mask or scarf to cover your eyes
  • A small cushion
  • A notepad and pen
  • Don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated
  • Yoga Mats & Blankets will be provided; but you are always invited to bring your own for the cozy comfort of home.


  • Last food intake around 2h before the workshop. Since it is much easier to breathe deeply with a light tummy.
  • A snack and easy digestible fruits beforehand and for the break are more than welcome
  • Please feel free to come in comfortable clothes.

Please note that Breathwork may not be suitable for everyone. It is contraindicated for individuals who are pregnant, have severe PTSD or trauma, severe heart disease or high blood pressure, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, are taking medication that alters brain chemistry, have epilepsy or a history of seizures, have acute physical injuries, severe diabetes, are intoxicated, have glaucoma or detached retina, have had recent surgery, suffer from heavy asthma (mild asthma with inhaler is acceptable), kidney disease, or are under 18 years old.

Biography: Meet Habiba Jaziri, a Berlin-based Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator, Hatha Yoga Teacher and Nike Well Collective Coach. With a profound belief in the transformative power of breath, she guides her students to release tension and connect with the wisdom of their bodies. To enrich the experience, she infuses both driving electronic music and healing instruments into her classes, creating an immersive journey of movement, sound, and breath. Habiba holds certifications in 400h Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitation from Make Some Breathing Space & Grounded Life, UK, Hatha Yoga Siromani Teaching from Peace Yoga, Australia, and is a Reiki Level 2 Practitioner. @habibaelisa
